CLASH News Flash For July 13, 2009: This past weekend on 7/10 & 7/11 saw new developments in the crowning of a new CLASH Champion as now Former CLASH Champion DRAGON KREED was forced to relinquish his title due to injury. Accompanied with returning stars from the NPCI Tournament, and a new injury to report, needless to say there is much to cover this week… Below are the details on the next live event:

Tickets for this upcoming Supershow Extravaganza on July 25th are $10 Adults, $5 for Kids 12 & Under! This marks CLASH Wrestling’s 2nd appearance at the Game On Sports Center in Taylor, MI and marks the 2nd DOWNRIVER REVOLUTION event! J. MILLER & TOMMY TYDIE TO CLASH FOR THE GOLD!
This past weekends batch of shows saw four top of the line athletes go at it for two open #1 contender positions for the now vacated CLASH Championship. On Friday (7/10), J. MILLER defeated his adversary WRECKINGBALL meanwhile his former H3RD partner TOMMY TYDIE shared the same success pinning CAMERON SKYY.
Just as TYDIE said on the mic, all the success they have shared in CLASH Wrestling since its existence has been together, but on 7/25 that road will end as only one man can walk out with all the glory by calling themselves the CLASH Heavyweight Champion! H3RD vs. H3RD; TOMMY TYDIE vs. J. MILLER – the revolution begins on July 25th in Taylor, MI!
WRECKINGBALL SIDELINED WITH LEG INJURY
Just as reported in the official results here on CLASHWRESTLING.COM, the WRECKINGBALL had sustained a serious leg injury in his match this past Friday Night against J. MILLER. Many fans waited and waited post-show to hear about a quick diagnosis, however we can officially report that THE WRECKINGBALL suffered severe damage to his tendons in his left ankle which will sideline him for 2-3 months. Now, the two biggest men in CLASH Wrestling and former partners (KREED & WRECKINGBALL) are unfortunately out of action.
The biggest question that remains is the CONSOLATION PRIZE that WRECKINGBALL has won at Day 2 of the NPCI Tournament outlasting 12 other men in an invitational gauntlet. We have learned the prize is a ‘token to the title’ per say, as it can be cashed in at any time for anything the victor wants, whether that be a title shot for either championship. However, now due to W-BALL’s injury status, his prize remains in question…we’ll find out the details on 7/25 at Game On Sports Center!
BEAUTY & THE BEAST VICTORIOUS AGAINST THE FRIENDS
Returning Canadian stars from NPCI – BEAUTY & THE BEAST (ETHAN PAGE & NRC) defeated THE FRIENDS (GQ & RAVE K) in non-title tag team action this past weekend! After this victory, this will entitle PAGE & NRC to gain a CLASH Tag Team Championship match in early August at FANDEMONIUM.
CLASH CHAMPIONSHIP OFFICIALLY VACANT
Fans witnessed DRAGON KREED’s last appearance for CLASH Wrestling for the near future this past Friday Night as he was in attendance to only relinquish the gold he worked hard to earn. This shoulder injury that required surgery to repair will hold KREED out of the ring until atleast January 2010. KREED vowed that when he came back, that he would be coming straight after CAMERON SKYY!

CLASH Wrestling returns to the GAME ON SPORTS CENTER in Taylor, MI on Saturday, July 25th for DOWNRIVER REVOLUTION. This event will feature J. MILLER vs. TOMMY TYDIE to crown the CLASH Championship and more – be there on 7/25!
A ROCKIN’ RETURN IN MT CLEMENS, MICHIGAN
CLASH Wrestling makes its Mt. Clemens, Michigan return on Saturday, 8/22 at the Gibraltar Trade Center. Thus far, “The Rocker” Marty Jannetty will make his CLASH return on this night. Other matches & info on this event will be available as we get closer.

* “T-Train” TYLER ELKINS def. “Guitar Hero” WILL VENDETTA via submission.
* TOMMY TYDIE def. KRIS KONFLICT via pinfall.
* CLASH Tag Champions THE FRIENDS (GQ & RAVE K) & BLUE RANGER def. NIGHT-LIFE (DAVE MANZO & JACK NIGHT w/ B) & COLT RYAN in six man tag action via pinfall when BLUE RANGER pinned COLT RYAN.
* “Ace High” CAMERON SKYY def. KHAMELEON via pinfall.
* J. MILLER def. THE WRECKINGBALL via pinfall to become a #1 Contender for the CLASH Championship to be decided on 7/25. J. MILLER will face the victor of 7/11 live event below.
Other Notes: THE WRECKINGBALL sustained a leg injury in his match with J. MILLER. CLASH Wrestling has still yet to receive a full diagnosis on whether it is a break or not, however this information will be available on CLASHWRESTLING.COM when we receive it.

DRAGON KREED TO SURRENDER THE CLASH CHAMPIONSHIP THIS FRIDAY!
Since being sidelined on 6/6/09 with a severe shoulder injury at the hands of TYLER ELKINS and CAMERON SKYY, DRAGON KREED will in fact relinquish the belt this Friday, July 10th in person to CLASH CEO JEREMY JONES. The injury forced KREED to undergo surgery on June 15th, and will require him to be out of action for 4-6 months. We’ll find out what’s on his mind this Friday Night regarding his injury status, thoughts on SKYY & ELKINS actions and whats next in the recovery process!
CHASE FOR THE CLASH CHAMPIONSHIP
With KREED now sidelined, CLASH WRESTLING will remain without a champion until July 25th where the winner of J.MILLER vs. WRECKINGBALL (7/10) and CAMERON SKYY vs. TOMMY TYDIE (7/11) will meet to crown a new champion at the Game On Sports Arena!
We already know the long history between the WRECKINGBALL and J.MILLER stemming from 1/10/09 when MILLER suffered a career threatening injury; these two will now go at it with the CLASH Championship as the grand prize. How about TYDIE and SKYY, previously on CLASH Radio, TYDIE vowed he would defeat SKYY which did not happen on 5/24 at the last Game On Sports Arena Event. The quest for a new CLASH Title Holder begins this FRIDAY & SATURDAY in TAYLOR, MI with two huge Main Events!
THE FRIENDS (c) LOOK TO CEMENT THEIR SPOT AS TOP TAG TEAM
THE FRIENDS (GQ & RAVE K) have proven once again as of NPCI II, that they are one of, if not the best Tag Team among Independent Wrestling today! This weekend they will be put to the test as they will be in Non-Title Tag Team action back to back on Friday & Saturday Nights! This FRIDAY, 7/10 The FRIENDS will take on SR-17 (KRIS KONFLICT & VAN ENVY) while on SATURDAY, 7/11 the returning BEAUTY & THE BEAST (ETHAN PAGE & NRC) will look to reclaim their loss! It all goes down this weekend in TAYLOR, MI!
CONSOLATION PRIZE UNVEILED FOR THE WRECKINGBALL THIS FRIDAY
What is it? On Saturday, 6/20 the WRECKINGBALL won the CPI (Consolation Prize Invitatonal) Gauntlet match last eliminating Logan Savage. This FRIDAY NIGHT, Jeremy Jones will unveil exactly what that Consolation Prize is to WRECKINGBALL. As for in-ring action, THE WRECKINGBALL will be in action both nights, with Saturday Night bringing him one on one against LOGAN SAVAGE who returns from NPCI.

CLASH Wrestling returns to the GAME ON SPORTS CENTER in Taylor, MI on Saturday, July 25th for DOWNRIVER REVOLUTION. This event will feature the finals for the CLASH Championship and will be the crowning of a new Champion! More details on this event as we draw closer.
ALL OUT WAR & FANDEMONIUM TRADE SPOTS
CLASH Wrestling has moved its annual August ALL OUT WAR Supershow event to the month of September and thus has moved its Fan Interactive Voting FANDEMONIUM Supershow to the month of August. The live event calendar here on CLASHWRESTLING.COM reflects those adjustments.
