CLASH News Flash For July 28, 2009: What a whirlwind of events that transpired this past weekend at the Game On Sports Center on Saturday, July 25 at Downriver Revolution! What was suppose to be a celebratory night of crowning a new CLASH World Heavyweight Champion between Tydie & Miller concluded in a No Contest decision when NIGHT-LIFE (Dave Manzo & Jack Night) decided to spoil the finish for our live fans in attendance. Needless to say, this interruption in the World Title match has infuriated CLASH CEO Jeremy Jones. More on this below and our next batch of shows below:

NIGHT-LIFE DELAYS CROWNING OF A NEW CHAMPION!
The one match that we had all been waiting for to finally crown a CLASH World Champion since Kreed’s injury forcing him to relinquish was finally to come down to TYDIE vs. J. MILLER. In a back & forth match, the two former H3RD partners battled it out for the gold until NIGHT-LIFE (DAVE MANZO & JACK NIGHT w/ B) spoiled the match by attacking both competitors. MANZO & NIGHT, upset that they were held out of the Consolation Prize Battle Royal by Nicholas P. Clashertone (CLASH President) took matters in their own hand by ruining the World Title match.
An infuriated JEREMY JONES has ordered that NIGHT-LIFE will be in action both 8/7 & 8/8, and on 8/8 the fans will choose the stipulation to take on the reformed H3RD (TYDIE & J. MILLER). Voting polls are open NOW on CLASHWRESTLING.COM!

INJURY UPDATE: DRAGON KREED & WRECKINGBALL
DRAGON KREED has continually been rehabbing his right shoulder since his surgery on 6/15. His shoulder is now out of its sling and is expected to make a full recovery and return to the ring near January 2010. Meanwhile, his former partner the WRECKINGBALL (whom sustained a leg injury severing damaging his tendons on 7/10) is expected to return to action sometime in October this year. We will keep you updated on the status of these two stars as their return draws closer.

We are approximately 3 weeks away from our grand return to Mt. Clemens, Michigan at the Gibraltar Trade Center! Already signed for this event is the returning “Rocker” Marty Jannetty! Fresh off the heels of a highly controversial finish to Downriver Revolution’s Main Event, CLASH CEO Jeremy Jones has immediately opened the 2009 Fandemonium polls! Jones is aware that the fans were unsatisfied with Saturday night’s CLASH Championship match. In an exclusive interview with CLASHWRESTLING.COM, Jones noted his frustration as well.
“What Nightlife did on Saturday night was inexcusable. It’s apparent that neither Jack Night nor Dave Manzo care about our fans, ruining what was supposed to be such a special night. The first group of people that Nightlife is going to have to answer to is the H3RD. Tommy Tydie & J. Miller have agreed to put their differences aside in the name of a common enemy. So in the main event of Fandemonium, it will be the H3RD vs. Nightlife. The second group Nightlife wronged is our great fans. So to make matters worse for Nightlife, it will be the CLASH fans who will decide Night & Manzo’s fate on August 8th! I encourage all CLASH Wrestling fans to log onto CLASHWRESTLING.COM, vote early, vote often and make sure that Nightlife pays for what they did this past weekend.”

CLASH Wrestling has released two new music videos in the last 24 hours. First, check out our latest Teaser Video, taken from May 30th 2009 at the 2009 Relay For Life! Hundreds of fans witnessed CLASH Wrestling take part in a huge outdoor event in conjunction with the American Cancer Society. By the end of our fundraising efforts, CLASH Wrestling had accumulated $2600 dollars in donations! Our second music video details all of the action from May 16th’s Street Fight between J. Miller & Wreckingball at Fight Against Cancer II. Note: At the conclusion of this match, Wreckingball suffered a broken nose.
